Brooklyn Heights Family Practice Service Area:

As I’m located in Brooklyn Heights, I most naturally serve neighborhoods and communities closest to my offices. Overall, these could be considered Brooklyn brownstone venues, Downtown Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan.

More importantly you can easily and quickly reach my offices by public transportation from many places in New York City. Major Brooklyn Subway stations are within half a block (the Court Street/Borough Hall station: M, R, 2, 3, 4, 5) or three and a half blocks (the Jay Street/Borough Hall station: A, C, F).

We accept the following health care insurance plans for appropriate payment of your applicable fees (in most cases, “co-pays” will apply for office-visit healthcare service

We accept many other smaller carriers: patients should call us. Uninsured or out-of-network patients will receive a 20% discount on cash or credit card payments at the time of healthcare service.
